Our canine water treadmill sessions are tailored to your dog's specific needs, including speed, incline, and water height settings. Consistency is key to achieving the best fitness.

Cancellation Policy

• Please plan on arriving at least 10 minutes before your appointment begins to allow time to warm up and potty your dog. If you are late for your appointment, your session will be shortened accordingly. (Please pick up after your dog.) • Do not feed your dog for at least 4 hours prior to your appointment to avoid tummy issues. • Please bring your dog's favorite treats especially if they suffer from food allergies. • Owners are responsible for acquiring veterinarian approval that injuries are healed, and the dog has been cleared for fitness sessions in a water treadmill before scheduling your dog’s session. o If your dog develops an injury after scheduling an appointment, please reschedule. • Water used in hydrotherapy, while maintained to highest standards, can still contain bacteria and chemicals that may cause infections. Owners are responsible for acquiring veterinarian approval that incisions or wounds are completely healed before scheduling your dog’s water treadmill session. o If your dog develops an injury after scheduling an appointment, please reschedule. • Enter and exit the building with your dog on a 6-foot leash. No retractable leashes (Flexies) or e-collars are permitted. • Dogs should be at least 6 months of age and be current on rabies, parvovirus, adenovirus, and distemper (DAP) vaccinations • To ensure the safety and well-being of all our canine clients, refrain from bringing dogs to our facility if they are showing symptoms of any respiratory diseases, including kennel cough, canine influenza, or other respiratory illnesses. • Customers are not allowed on or in the water treadmill • Only 1 dog can be in the water treadmill at a time. If you have multiple dogs please schedule separate appointments for each dog. While Sweaty Paws LLC works to maintain strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to minimize the risk of infection, the nature of a communal environment can still pose a risk of contagious diseases. Sweaty Paws LLC reserves the right to deny or refuse a dog because of health or safety issues with people or dogs. Dogs will be denied for people or dog aggression, illness, or injury. Participant agrees to maintain full control over his/her/their dog and accepts full responsibility for actions and behaviors. Should you need to change or cancel your appointment, please allow a 12-hour advance notice otherwise we reserve the right to charge for 50% of the services scheduled.
